At ArtHouse Apparel, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [1–2 business days] after purchase.
During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all U.S. states, but not all territories.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear, but will most likely appear within 1 hour.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ArtHouse Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.
If your package arrives damaged, reach out to us at info@arthouse-apparel.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist you.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, we can reship the order once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.
