Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your ArtHouse Apparel purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

- Unworn and unwashed

- In their original condition with tags attached (if tags were on originally)

- Free of stains, odors, or damage

- Certain items are non-returnable, including: Final sale items, Gift cards, Intimates or undergarments.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@arthouse-apparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address. Package your item securely. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you if it has been approved. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please email us at info@arthouse-apparel.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing window, first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@arthouse-apparel.com
